Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking a qualified Nursing Home Administrator to lead operations at a high-quality long-term care facility in North Carolina. The role reports to the NHA and ensures compliance with policies while promoting outstanding resident care.

The position involves budget oversight, cross-department collaboration, and supervision of multiple departments to uphold service excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Experience in governance of policies and procedures.
• Ability to lead and supervise multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) and act as NHA in their absence.
• Assist department managers in policy/procedure development and staff actions (hire, counsel, discipline, terminate).
• Consult with department managers to improve operations and report findings to the NHA.
• Collaborate with the NHA to develop, allocate and control the Nursing budget.
• Foster license-to-practice excellence across the nursing team and roles.
• May supervise and coordinate multiple departments to ensure high quality resident care.
