Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting is seeking a seasoned Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the daily operations of a skilled nursing and long-term care community in Southern Pines, NC. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, building strong teams, and supporting quality resident care.

You will lead facility operations, mentor department managers, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive initiatives to improve resident outcomes and workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Current LNHA license (NC) required.
• Experience as Nursing Home Administrator or senior long-term care leader.
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
• Commitment to providing exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and ensure smooth, efficient processes
• Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Monitor quality, staffing, census, and operational goals
