Qualifications

• Current North Carolina LNHA license is required.
• Proven SNF leadership experience as an Administrator or CEO/ED.
• Strong operational and financial acumen.
• Hands-on, highly visible leadership that inspires teams.
• Excellent communication and ability to build trust with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily facility operations.
• Drive clinical quality, census growth, and financial performance.
• Create a service culture that blends hospitality with care.
• Build and mentor department leaders.
