Qualifikationen

• Significant Food & Beverage leadership experience in luxury, lifestyle, independent, or upper-upscale hospitality environments.
• Proven multi-property F&B leadership experience (corporate/ regional roles).
• Strong knowledge of beverage program development, cost controls, and profitability.
• Proven ability to coach and develop F&B leaders and teams.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic guidance and operational leadership to property teams across the Makeready portfolio.
• Lead beverage strategy, Core Beverage Program, and portfolio-wide beverage standards.
• Oversight of beverage cost, inventory management, purchasing, and vendor partnerships.
• Drive profitability through menu engineering, pricing, and promotions across venues.
• Travel up to 30-40% to support property visits and new openings.
• Partner with property leaders to align beverage programs with each hotel's positioning and guest experience.
• Develop and evolve the Makeready Core Beverage Program.
