Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Director or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of menu development, inventory management, and cost control.
• Ability to analyze financial data and develop strategic plans.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
