Qualifications

• BSN required with current RN license in RI.
• Master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration preferred.
• RI RN licensure or NCSBN compact required; BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Certifications such as CNOR/CPAN/CAPA/NE-BC/CENP and Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for PAT, Hold & Prep, and PACU.
• Supervise and develop clinical managers, nurses and staff across three departments.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and patient-centered care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with Joint Commission and local health authorities.
• Lead workflow integration to reduce handoffs and improve perioperative efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs like wait times, patient safety and satisfaction; drive quality improvement.
