Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, set the standard for patient care, and empower our clinical teams to achieve exceptional outcomes. You will oversee nurses and aides, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive fiscal health.

Lead daily clinic operations, oversee staffing, workflows, and resources while supervising staff development and performance management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a Master's degree.
Minimum three years of leadership experience.
Five years of leadership in the discipline is acceptable.

Responsibilities

Lead daily clinic operations overseeing patient care, staffing, scheduling, workflows, and resources.
Supervise and develop clinical and administrative staff through hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, and engagement.
Manage clinic budgets, monitor financial performance, control expenses, and allocate resources.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, infection prevention, safety, and quality assurance programs.
Drive continuous quality improvement by analyzing operational performance, resolving patient concerns, and leading system-wide initiatives.
Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and external partners to support strategic planning and enhance patient satisfaction.
