Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum of three years leadership experience, or five years leadership experience in the discipline.
• Masters Degree or equivalent leadership attainment demonstrates required knowledge and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations overseeing patient care, staffing, scheduling, workflows, supplies, and resources.
• Supervise, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff through hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, and engagement initiatives.
• Manage clinic budgets, monitor financial performance, control expenses, and allocate resources to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, infection prevention, safety protocols, and QA programs.
• Drive continuous quality improvement by analyzing performance, implementing process changes, resolving patient concerns, and leading initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and external partners to support planning and improve patient satisfaction.
