Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations including patient care, staffing, scheduling, workflows, supplies, and resources to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality service.
• Supervise, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff through hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, and engagement initiatives.
• Manage clinic budgets, monitor financial performance, control expenses, and allocate resources to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, infection prevention, safety protocols, and quality programs.
• Drive continuous quality improvement by analyzing performance, implementing process improvements, resolving patient concerns, and leading initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and external partners to support strategic planning and patient satisfaction.

• Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and external partners to support strategic planning, enhance patient satisfaction, and achieve organizational goals through effective communication and problem-solving.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Other in related field and Minimum of three years leadership experience; or five years of leadership experience in the discipline that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities; or Masters Degree
