Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Tacoma, WA seeks a Clinic Manager to lead a clinical team and set the standard for exceptional patient care. You will oversee operations, staffing, compliance, and fiscal health while advocating for staff and elevating the patient experience.

You will guide the dyad leadership with the Medical Director and regional management, drive performance improvements, and ensure regulatory readiness across clinics in the Puget Sound region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years leadership experience, upon hire.
• Five years of leadership experience in the discipline to demonstrate requisite job knowledge.
• Masters or higher degree upon hire is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: manage day-to-day clinic activities including patient accounts, staffing schedules, and liaison with external agencies.
• Staff Management and Development: lead the employee lifecycle from interviewing to performance coaching and regular staff meetings.
• Financial and Resource Administration: assist in budgeting and fiscal oversight, monitor expenditures and variances.
• Quality and Performance Improvement: lead initiatives to increase patient volumes and satisfaction and ensure staff training on new processes.
• Regulatory Compliance and Facility Maintenance: ensure adherence to applicable standards and coordinate facility maintenance.
