You will drive sustainable growth, ensure safety and regulatory adherence, and engage with board and stakeholders to advance the mission.

The role requires deep IDD sector knowledge, strategic planning ability, strong financial acumen, and experience with grants and governance processes.

Qualificações

• Deep knowledge of IDD services, regulations and compliance.
• Experience with laws/regulations affecting agencies and served populations.
• Strong communication with diverse publics, staff and board.
• Knowledge of systems such as APS, SCDDO, KDADS.
• Understanding of rehabilitation concepts and practices.
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports and data.
• Experience in governance, program evaluation, safety and grant writing.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates the activities of the KETCH Board of Directors.
• Leads all aspects of corporation operations.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Develops and implements strategic plans aligned with the mission.
• Oversees financial performance, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Engages with board members, government agencies and stakeholders.
• Represents the organization at public events, conferences and media communications.
• Leads crisis management and risk mitigation efforts as necessary.
