New Opportunities, Inc. seeks a visionary President & Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization from Waterbury, CT, with full operational, fiscal, and strategic responsibility. The CEO will champion our mission, foster partnerships, and guide an executive team to deliver high-impact programs across the region.

The ideal candidate has nonprofit leadership experience, a track record in fiscal management, and a commitment to community-based services for youth, adults, and seniors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit leadership, agency administration, and fiscal oversight.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with public/private sectors; fundraising experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership to an executive team and staff.
• Develop and execute strategic vision and operational priorities.
• Oversee program performance, finance, grants, and partnerships to ensure sustainability.
• Engage with Board of Directors and lead governance and policy guidance.
• Represent NOI publicly and cultivate community and stakeholder relationships.
