Life Unlimited, Inc. in North Kansas City, Missouri, seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer to guide a nonprofit that supports people with disabilities.

The CEO will lead strategic planning, financial stewardship, expansion efforts, and partnerships while fostering a culture of safety, inclusion, and high-quality service. With 7+ years of executive leadership, a bachelor's degree and preferably a master's, the candidate will report to the Board and build a mission-driven, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• At least seven years of progressively responsible executive leadership experience.
• Ten or more years leading an organization of similar size and complexity preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Nonprofit and regulatory knowledge with strong interpersonal and PR skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary, strategic, and operational leadership for Life Unlimited.
• Lead strategic planning, business development, innovation, and expansion efforts.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, performance, and funding diversification.
• Advocate for disability rights and strengthen community relationships.
• Build high-performing teams and organizational structures to support growth.
