Job summary

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) seeks an experienced Communications Director to lead the communications vision across businesses, capabilities and operations. Based preferably in Wichita, Kansas, this role will supervise the communications team, develop strategic plans, and deploy the KES corporate brand to position us as a trusted partner and employer of choice.

You will craft strategic plans for internal audiences, deliver communications across presentations, town halls, videos and content,

Qualifications

Strategic communications planning, development, and execution experience.
Leadership experience in talent development and supervision of a team.
Ability to engage with executives and senior leadership, offering constructive challenge.

Responsibilities

Set vision and priorities for the communications function and develop talent.
Build cross-unit partnerships to align on vision, culture, and workforce strategies.
Identify priorities and roadmaps, balancing risk and economics for success.
Provide strategic counsel to stakeholders and reports with collaborative approach.
Drive operational excellence by organizing people and resources around work.
