Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior executive experience as CEO or in an equivalent role.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Mission: serve as the high-visibility advocate for the organization to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive Strategic Growth: partner with the Board to design and execute multi-year strategic growth plans.
• Inspire Organizational Culture: cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, high-performing workplace.
• Cultivate Partnerships: build relationships with donors, funders and community advocates.
• Optimize Financial Resources: maximize Medicaid revenue while expanding private fundraising.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: oversee budgets and long-term sustainability.
