Qualifications

• Progressive senior leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, or mission-driven health care setting.
• Demonstrated financial management and regulatory compliance record within a regulated environment.
• Evidence of census, occupancy, or revenue growth achieved while maintaining quality.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and hold accountable a senior leadership team.
• Strong communication skills and a visible, relational leadership presence.
• Genuine alignment with the values described above, and facility leading in an inclusive culture.
