Job summary

The CEO will champion the mission, ensure financial sustainability, and foster a culture of excellence and inclusivity while guiding a 272-strong staff. The role reports to the Board of Directors and drives person-centered service delivery across 15 counties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience
• Budget management experience of $20M+
• Strong ability to set organizational vision and execute strategic plans
• Experience working with a governing Board of Directors and driving policy development
