Job summary

New Hope Village in Carroll, Iowa, invites a visionary Chief Executive Leadership Officer to guide operations and strategic direction for a nonprofit serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Reporting to the Board, the CEO will lead a team of five direct reports, foster a mission-driven culture, and advance growth while ensuring high-quality, person-centered services across residential, employment, and day programming programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including Executive Leadership-level leadership.
• Experience within an organization serving those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and strategic direction for New Hope Village.
• Oversee all organizational operations while advancing the mission and ensuring sustainable growth.
• Report to the Board of Directors and manage a team of five direct reports.
• Foster a mission-driven culture, reinforce best practices, and guide meaningful operational change.
