Job summary

Elevate Eyecare in Spokane, WA is seeking an experienced Optician to guide patients in selecting frames, explain lens options, and customize eyewear to fit lifestyle needs.

You will work closely with optometrists and front desk staff to ensure a seamless patient experience, perform frame adjustments, assist with orders, and help manage inventory and contact lens fittings. Elevate Eyecare values patient-first service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; optician experience is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized eyewear consultations based on style, facial features, and lifestyle.
• Guide patients in selecting frames that suit their needs and preferences.
• Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with optometrists to align lens recommendations with prescriptions.
• Conduct frame adjustments for comfort and fit.
• Perform minor repairs and assist patients with eyewear orders.
• Assist with inventory management of frames and lenses.
