Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year in a customer interactive position.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with patients while delivering medical support.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and taking measurements.
• Operate auto-lensometer and manual lensometer.
• Educate on lenses, coatings and frames for patient needs.
• Dispense glasses and contact lens orders.
• Maintain inventor and clean, organized work area.
• Follow policies and assist with other duties as needed.
