Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager to lead an eyecare office with a focus on delivering personalized patient experiences, financial P&L ownership, and team development. You will partner with community doctors, vendors, and staff to drive excellence and brand integrity across all operations.

Some evening and weekend shifts may be required. The role emphasizes strong leadership, collaboration, and a servant leadership style to inspire high performance while maintaining superb service standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience (Retail/Hospitality preferred).
• Experience leading teams and driving KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Customer-focused with a servant leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a purpose-driven team through recruitment and onboarding.
• Own office financials and KPI performance through effective decision making.
• Collaborate with doctors, vendors, and staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Provide coaching and guidance to office leaders and team members in real time.
• Drive optometric partnerships by managing doctor and coverage availability.
• Lead Doctor of Optometry partnerships and ongoing relationships.
• Maintain HR policies and compliance to ensure a safe work environment.
• Oversee merchandising and product standards to meet patient needs.
