Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or eyewear sales preferred.
• Strong pricing, merchandising, and inventory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the Vision Center with effective merchandising and pricing.
• Ensure inventory levels, in-stock items, asset protection, and accurate records.
• Assist Members with selecting frames, verify prescriptions, and perform minor repairs.
• Lead and train Associates, uphold Open Door policy, and promote a belonging workplace.
