Job summary

Walmart Vision Center seeks a capable professional to drive sales through expert eyewear merchandising and pricing. You will supervise associates, train team members, and ensure quality customer service while maintaining confidentiality of records.

You will educate Members/Customers, take measurements, verify prescriptions, and manage inventory to maintain optimal in-stock levels and customer satisfaction. This role supports Walmart’s EDLP strategy and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Customer service and supervision experience.
• Knowledge of eyewear, pricing, and merchandising.
• Ability to protect customer and company information.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing, and in-store presentation.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and assign duties to Vision Center Associates.
• Educate Members/Customers on eyewear needs, take measurements, and verify prescriptions.
