Qualifications

• Proven ability to supervise and develop Associates.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the Vision Center with effective merchandise presentation and pricing.
• Guide Associates in customer service and issue resolution per Company standards.
• Oversee community outreach and associate development.
• Ensure policy compliance, asset protection, and safety controls.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for Vision Center Associates.
• Educate Members/Customers on eyewear selection and measurements.
