Qualifications

• Completion of 2+ years of college.
• 1+ years of retail experience and 1+ years supervisory experience.
• 2 years general work experience, including 1 year optical experience and high school diploma or GED.
• Meets eligibility to work in Vision Center and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales growth through merchandising, pricing accuracy, and inventory management aligned with market trends and customer needs.
• Forecast sales trends and adjust assortments to optimize revenue and market relevance.
• Oversee quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Manage and develop the optical team through hiring, training, performance management, and credential maintenance.
• Coordinate community outreach and represent the Vision Center in initiatives.
• Ensure operational excellence by monitoring reports, managing inventory, and resolving complex optical issues.
• Support clinical and administrative workflows with confidentiality and accurate documentation.
