Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the Vision Center through effective merchandising, pricing, and maintaining in-stock levels.
• Supervise and develop Vision Center associates, providing training, mentoring and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety, asset protection and quality standards, while promoting customer service and integrity.
