Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in Vision Center through merchandising, pricing, signing, and inventory management.
• Supervise and develop Associates; hire, train, mentor, and recognize staff.
• Ensure accurate measurements, prescriptions, and eyewear quality for Members/Customers.
• Ensure compliance with policies, asset protection, safety, and confidentiality of records.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promote a culture of belonging.
