Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in Vision Center with pricing, signing, in-stock, and inventory management.
• Guide Associates on customer service approaches to resolve issues per guidelines and standards.
• Oversee community outreach programs and encourage Associates to serve the community.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, asset protection, safety controls, and QA reviews.
• Develop Associates through training, mentoring, and providing growth opportunities.
