Job summary

Walmart Vision Center at Mason, OH is hiring for a full-time Associate to drive sales through effective merchandising and customer service. You will manage inventory, pricing, and signage while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of records.

The role includes coaching associates, supporting community outreach, and upholding company policies and safety standards. You will help customers choose products, perform measurements, verify prescriptions, and maintain optical equipment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college or equivalent retail/supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales in the Vision Center with effective merchandising and inventory management.
• Provides customer service, resolves complaints, and ensures guidelines are followed.
• Oversees community outreach and maintains asset protection and safety controls.
• Trains and develops associates, assigns duties, and recognizes performance.
• Ensures quality eyewear selection, measurements, prescriptions, and device maintenance.
