Job summary

Walmart's Vision Center in South Euclid, OH is seeking an Associate to drive sales through effective product presentation, pricing, and inventory management. The role requires guiding Associates in customer service, resolving issues, and upholding company policies with integrity.

The position involves ensuring quality eyewear, assisting Customers with measurements and prescriptions, and participating in safety and asset protection programs while maintaining confidentiality of records and data.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of college or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of retail and supervisory or optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the Vision Center with effective pricing, signing and inventory management.
• Supervise and guide Associates on customer service and issue resolution.
• Oversee community outreach and maintain asset protection and safety controls.
• Provide training and development opportunities to Associates and maintain confidentiality of records.
• Ensure quality eyewear by assisting Members/customers and performing measurements.
