Job summary

Qualifications

• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in Vision Center with merchandising, pricing, and in-stock management.
• Model and guide Associates in customer service per company standards.
• Oversee community outreach and program implementation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, asset protection, safety, and quality assurance reviews.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.
