Job summary

Walmart Vision Center is seeking a dedicated supervisor to drive sales by ensuring compelling merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and stock control across eyewear products. You will forecast demand, monitor inventory levels, and participate in budgeting to support store profitability.

You will lead associates in delivering exceptional customer service, mentor staff, and oversee training, recognition, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college OR 1 year retail + 1 year supervisory OR 2 years general work with 1 year optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules.

Responsibilities

• Drives Vision Center sales through merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, and inventory control.
• Leads associates with customer service practices and resolves customer issues per company standards.
• Oversees community outreach and guides associates to serve the community.
• Ensures compliance with policies, asset protection, safety, and quality reviews.
