Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Vision Center Associate in Ohio for a full-time role. You will drive sales through effective merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory controls, while leading the team in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving concerns per Walmart standards.

You will supervise and train associates, engage in community outreach, and ensure compliance with policies, safety, and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Completion of 2+ years of college OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience including 1 year’s optical experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the Vision Center with effective merchandising, pricing, signing, and inventory management.
• Lead Associates on customer service approaches and resolve issues per company standards.
• Oversee community outreach and promote service to the community.
• Ensure compliance with policies, asset protection, safety controls, and quality assurance reviews.
• Hire, train, mentor, assign duties, and promote a sense of belonging in the workplace.
• Ensure quality eyewear by assisting customers, taking measurements, and performing minor frame repair.
