• Provide guidance to Associates on Customer/Member service.
• Oversee community outreach and asset protection in Vision Center.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety controls; monitor performance and implement action plans.
• Supervise and develop Associates; hire, train, mentor, and recognize contributions.
