Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of 2 or more years of college OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience including 1 year’s optical experience.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the Vision Center through effective merchandise presentation and pricing.
• Model and enforce customer service approaches ensuring complaints are resolved.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies in the Vision Center.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.
