Qualifications

• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation and pricing.
• Oversees customer service and resolves customer issues per company standards.
• Ensures compliance with policies, asset protection, safety, and quality assurance reviews.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for Vision Center associates.
