Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the Vision Center with effective merchandise presentation and accurate pricing.
• Provide supervision, training, and development for Associates in Vision Center.
• Ensure compliance with policies, asset protection, and safety controls.
• Consult with Members/Customers to select eyewear based on needs and prescriptions.
• Maintain confidential information and oversee open-door opportunities for Associates.
