Qualifications

• Minimum two years of college in some programs or equivalent experience.
• One year of retail experience and one year of supervisory experience.
• Two years of general work experience, including one year in optical.
• Active state licensure and ABO certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead department sales growth through effective merchandising and pricing accuracy.
• Forecast sales trends and align assortments with customer needs and local demographics.
• Monitor pricing and adjust strategies to improve market relevance and financial results.
• Oversee optical measurements, fittings, and contact lens education under supervision.
• Maintain HIPAA and safety compliance, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Lead, coach, and develop optical team through hiring, training, and recognition.
