Job summary

Walmart in Dilworth, MN is seeking a Vision Center Associate to drive sales by ensuring accurate pricing, proper signing, and strong in‑stock levels, while forecasting demand and analyzing trends. You will supervise and develop Associates, provide training, and promote a culture of belonging, while educating Members/Customers and performing minor frame repairs and maintaining Optical equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of college OR 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory OR 2 years general work including 1 year optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under state laws.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in Vision Center with proper pricing, signing and inventory management.
• Supervise and develop associates, train, assign duties and promote belonging in the workplace.
• Ensure confidentiality, customer service quality, and adherence to company policies.
