Visionworks is seeking a Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead the store in the absence of the General Manager. This role models Visionworks values and drives daily operations, coaching staff to deliver a seamless patient and customer journey.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a passion for helping customers look great and see great. HS Diploma or GED is required, and the role offers full-time hours with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Promote store profitability by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Model and manage the patient/customer journey on exam lanes and sales floor.
• Support GM by coordinating doctor appointments, eyewear services, and customer needs.
• Coach and motivate associates to deliver exceptional patient/customer experiences.
• Resolve obstacles in the patient/customer journey in partnership with the GM.
• Execute broad operational activities to meet financial and customer-experience goals.
