Job summary

America's Best is seeking a General Manager to lead a vibrant optical store, drive sales, and ensure profitability while delivering exceptional patient care. You will manage daily operations, coach a team, and partner with the Doctor to guarantee top-tier service and outcomes.

Focus areas include staffing, budgeting, merchandising, audits, reporting, and safety standards, with emphasis on building strong associate relationships and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• ABO & NCLE Certified is a plus.
• Knowledge of the optical industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations, staffing, inventory, planning, and enforcing policies.
• Lead, train, and develop associates through coaching and feedback.
• Monitor performance and guide team to deliver exceptional customer and patient experiences.
