Job summary

LensCrafters Clinic is seeking an Optometric Technician to support eye exams and patient flow. You will work closely with the optometrist, prepare patients, and ensure accurate documentation of medical histories and prescriptions.

Responsibilities include data entry in the CIAO system, maintaining patient records securely, and assisting with clerical tasks to support both clinical and retail operations. Prior experience in optics or healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year strong customer service skills.
• Leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain a professional image.
• Assist optometrist with eye examinations and collect medical history.
• Review prescriptions and patient information for accuracy.

• Input data into the CIAO system and manage inventory.
