Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited school; candidates without an OD degree will not be considered.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in vision care, eye health, medical devices, or related healthcare.
• Understanding of the U.S. optometric landscape and needs of eye care professionals and patients.
• Experience leading strategic or commercial initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong commercial acumen across sales, marketing, and product commercialization.
• Financial and analytical capabilities with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven executive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate clinical insights into business strategy and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across the optometric community.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior clinical and commercial voice within the U.S. Vision Care organization.
• Lead the U.S. professional strategy with KPIs, operating plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Translate clinical insights into actionable commercial opportunities.
• Build relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and stakeholders across eye care.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ground strategies in professional needs.
• Represent U.S. Vision Care at industry meetings and advisory boards.
• Oversee educational programs, congresses, and speaker programs.
• Translate trends in eye care into business strategy and opportunities.
