Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Head of Professional Strategy, U.S. Vision Care, to shape and execute the professional strategy for the U.S. market. You will lead priorities, manage programs, and drive engagement with eye care professionals to grow the Vision Care business.

The role requires an OD, deep industry knowledge, and a track record of commercial leadership across eye health, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) required.
• 10 years of leadership in vision care, medical device, or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. optometric landscape and stakeholders.
• Experience leading strategic or commercial initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. Vision Care professional strategy with annual priorities and KPIs.
• Translate clinical insights into actionable programs and opportunities.
• Build relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and key opinion leaders.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs and others to anchor strategies in patient needs.
• Represent U.S. Vision Care at industry meetings and advisory boards.
• Oversee education programs, congresses, and speaker programs.
