Qualifikationen

• OD degree required; candidates without OD will not be considered.
• 10 years of senior leadership experience in vision care or related healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of US optometric landscape and eye care stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading strategic or commercial initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong commercial acumen across sales, marketing, and product commercialization.
• Financial and analytical capabilities; ability to influence stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a senior clinical and commercial voice within the U.S. Vision Care organization.
• Lead the U.S. professional strategy with annual priorities, operating plans, and KPIs.
• Bring optometrist perspective to business strategy, innovation, and customer engagement.
• Build relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and key opinion leaders.
• Partner with Professional Affairs, Marketing, Sales, National Accounts, and Medical Affairs.
• Represent U.S. Vision Care at industry meetings and advisory boards.
• Oversee educational programs, congresses, and speaker programs.
• Translate clinical insights into actionable commercial opportunities.
