Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a senior clinical and commercial leader for the U.S. Vision Care organization.

You will steer the professional strategy, set annual priorities, and define KPIs to drive measurable outcomes across education, engagement, and product commercialization. Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Professional Associations to align insights with business goals, represent the company at industry events, and translate clinical trends into actionable opportunities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in vision care, eye health, medical devices, or related healthcare.
• Strong understanding of U.S. optometric landscape and eye care needs.
• Experience leading strategic or commercial initiatives with measurable results.
• Financial and analytical capabilities to influence business outcomes.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior clinical and commercial voice within the U.S. Vision Care organization.
• Lead the U.S. professional strategy with annual priorities, operating plans, and measurable outcomes (KPIs).
• Translate clinical insights into actionable commercial opportunities.
• Build relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and key opinion leaders.
• Partner with Professional Affairs, Marketing, Sales, National Accounts, and Medical Affairs.
• Represent U.S. Vision Care at major industry meetings and events.
• Oversee educational programs, congresses, speaker programs, and advisory boards.
