Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• 10 years of leadership in vision care or related healthcare.
• Deep understanding of U.S. optometric landscape and stakeholders.
• Experience leading strategic/commercial initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong commercial, sales, marketing, product commercialization knowledge.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex matrix.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate clinical insights into business strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior clinical and commercial voice in U.S. Vision Care.
• Lead U.S. professional strategy with KPIs and operating plans.
• Incorporate optometrist perspective into business strategy and commercialization.
• Build relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and professional groups.
• Collaborate with Professional Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Medical Affairs.
• Represent U.S. Vision Care at industry meetings and forums.
• Oversee educational programs and speaker platforms.
• Translate clinical insights and trends into commercial opportunities.
