Bausch + Lomb, a leading eye health company, seeks an Executive Director of U.S. Vision Care to develop and execute professional strategies that engage eye care professionals and advance business growth across the U.S. Vision Care portfolio.

The role requires a Doctor of Optometry, 10+ years of leadership experience, and a strong commercial acumen to translate clinical insights into strategic programs and commercial opportunities. Remote/US locations available.

Qualifications

• OD degree required; candidates without OD not considered.
• 10 years of leadership experience in vision care or related healthcare.
• Strong commercial acumen in sales, marketing, product commercialization.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders within a complex matrix organization.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior clinical and commercial voice within the U.S. Vision Care.
• Lead the U.S. professional strategy with KPIs and operating plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs.
• Represent U.S. Vision Care at industry meetings and advisory boards.
• Oversee educational programs and engagement platforms.
