Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, acting as a business owner in the absence of the Store Manager. You will drive key performance metrics, oversee staff, and ensure top-notch customer care in a fast-paced optical retail environment.

Typical responsibilities include coaching the team, executing merchandising plans, and maintaining store standards while working a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of supervisory/management experience.
• Knowledge of retail operations and policies.
• Strong math and cash handling skills.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality and improvements to exceed KPIs (Sales, Conversion, NPS).
• Lead and develop store team and manage performance.
• Support store business plans to maximize sales and profit.
• Maintain visual directives and store appearance.
• Ensure strong relationship with medical staff and policies.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
