Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
• Strong command of the English language for written and oral communication.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• High-level selling skills and proven problem‑solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality and improvement to exceed all KPIs: sales, conversion, traffic, profitability, continuity of care, exam growth, retention, Net Promoter Score, and annual objectives.
• Translate retail knowledge into positive sales results and understand market dynamics.
• Support and drive store business plans to maximize sales and profitability.
• Partner with the store manager to lead and develop the team, providing constructive feedback and development support.
• Execute visual directives and maintain store appearance.
• Maintain positive relationships with doctors and ensure team compliance with all policies.
• Perform administrative duties and work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
